   Airport Information:  

Tenerife North airport is less used than its big brother in the South although it still handled over 4 Million passengers. Around 50% of its air traffic is from inter-Island flights from La Palma, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, El Hierro and La Gomera Islands.

The new terminal building provides travellers awaiting flights with a bright, cosy space from which to enjoy the magnificent local scenery. There are 36 check-in desks on the ground floor and 10 Boarding gates. Passengers on inter-island flights have ten check-in desks at their disposal and can board via the inter-island lounge situated on the ground floor, where there are six boarding gates.

There is a good selection of catering areas and a shopping zone located on the top floor.
