The Reus airport is situated around mid table at far as passenger traffic is concerned having handled
around 1.3 Million air travellers in 2005 a small increase on the previous year.
There is quite a lot of modernisation work being carried out to improve facilities at the ariport.
Departures can be found on the ground floor of the departures terminal, which is capable of handling 600 passengers per hour.
On 2005 the airport inaugurated a neat and modern building with 8 new check-in desks making it 16 in total with
3 boarding gates with an additional 2 open in the summer.
